Are you planning to take part in the science fair in Round Rock, Texas? If so, you must be aware of the restrictions on what types of displays can be set up. The abstract must be displayed vertically, either taped to the table or in a picture frame (glass is not allowed). Security and exhibition officials will make sure that all required documentation is present and that no hazardous components are used. Every project must pass an inspection before it can be judged, and TXSEF will enforce ISEF rules and guidelines. Unfortunately, electricity will not be provided at TXSEF.
The Santa Clara Valley Science and Engineering Fairs Association assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any project or part of the project. Children from 4 to 10 years old in and around Round Rock will present their research and the incredible wonders of science. It is essential to remember that all displays must comply with the rules and regulations set by TXSEF. Make sure to read all guidelines carefully before requesting that Display and Safety inspect your project at the show. With a bit of preparation, you can make sure your display is up to standard and ready to be judged.
